Ahmed Bayoumi is an exceptional travel agent. He is knowledgeable, provides excellent advice, outstanding customer service and is super responsive to requests for information. His work is excellent and he responded quickly and thoroughly to all of our questions. He was diligent in following up with us at all stages of our trip, from the planning stages to seeking and listening to our feedback after we returned. He is fantastic to deal with!

Ahmed was a joy to work with. He was knowledgeable, detail-oriented and very responsive. We booked our Danube river cruise about 18 months in advance so we had many conversations, visits and email exchanges with him over that period. Ahmed was consistently excellent. He generally replied to our questions same day or next day - a rarity in the service industry! - & provided some very useful additional insights. We would absolutely work with Ahmed again .

A once in a life-time cruise holiday.
